- Process online customer orders from various E-com platforms (i.e., lazada, shopee, zalora), which will include customer interaction on confirming orders, presenting alternate items if stocks are not available, obtaining payments, handling of customer complaints and picking/packing of customer orders.
- Attain monthly sales targets for E-commerce sales
- Manage E-commerce inventories and conduct inventory counts.
- Had 1 to 2 years of work experience in the BPO industry
- Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Is patient, persevering and detailed-oriented
- Can generate reports using softwares such as word, excel and powerpoint
- Willing to work holidays and weekends
