Job Description
- Answer phone calls and e-mails received by HR Contact Centre and assist, where possible, in resolving HR related queries by employees.
- Gather relevant detailed information regarding the queries, entering the information in the Call management application and if unable to resolve the query, assign to the appropriate HR Service Area.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Preferably with at least 6 months call center experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
