Are you a recent graduate with a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail? Join our growing team in an exciting entry-level role in either General Accounting or Accounts Payable!
Position: Entry-Level Accounting Assistant
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals for payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
General Accounting Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA is an advantage
- Good scholastic records
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Good time management skills / organized
- Can adapt to dynamic and agile environment
- Willing to work onsite everyday
