- Responsible for developing winning innovation mixes and communication campaigns.
- Development of Annual Marketing Plans and brilliantly deploying campaigns in the market, both above the line and below the line.
- Partners with a multi-functional team (R&D, Supply Chain, TMG, Sales, Finance and External Agencies) in order to deliver products, campaigns and innovations.
- Assesses brand performance and executes corrective actions to deliver topline and bottomline targets.
- Graduate of BS Marketing or business-related courses.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic background or OJT related experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work on a hybrid set-up (3x onsite work)
