Job Description
- Oversees day-to-day overall operations of the business, which includes conceptualizing and dealing with franchises and operators
- Develops and ensures implementation of strategies for business growth
- Develops key performance goals and manages the performance of staff
- Creates solutions to meet clients' needs
- Works closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
- Improves internal processes for better productivity
- Oversees large projects and interpreting performance reports
- Manages the budget and monitors the financial health of a business unit
- Develops, executes, and improves marketing initiatives
- Connect and coordinate with potential franchise principles
Minimum Qualifications
- Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
- Significant work experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager
- Experience or knowledge in managing franchises in the food/beverage industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship
- Keen and strategic thinking and planning
- Good understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- Excellent presentation skills
