Job Description
- Will do secretarial office work
- Will be assisting the designer, Mark
- Make sure that the furniture is purchased and researched
- Deal with accounts from different manufacturers
- He/She Will find out where to purchase the furniture internationally, from different suppliers
- Will discuss with the suppliers the specs part of the job- look at spec book
- Will be the purchaser, place the order and determine the delivery time
- Meet deadlines of the delivery of the furniture ordered
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in the office furniture field, furniture in general a plus
- Has to have experience in furniture and furniture design
- Extensive in research in office furniture
- With excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Has Wrike software experience
- Will do calls to suppliers and customers regarding availability of furniture
- Has good work ethic
- Has Knowledge in the glass system
