- Concepting and executing an effective and engaging copy for existing or new product/feature to introduce to users, includes but not limited to user navigation, as well on-boarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components of the end-to-end user experience.
- Actively Participate in an end-to-end design process with UX team, product team, and engineering team.
- Gathering customer insights by conducting UX test to improve products and features.
- Express our branding, style, and tone of voice through UX writing.
