Job Description
Assist in updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Assist in organizing HR files
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Detail-oriented
- Organizational skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
