Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any 4-year equivalent course
- With at least three (3) years of solid experience in sales in food and supermarket
- With excellent organizational skills, collaborative with strong sense of urgency
- Has excellent customer service orientation;
- With above average communication skills;
- Has good time management skills, with ability to manage competing priorities;
- Has good planning, supervisory skills, and critical thinker;
- Has initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision;
- Proficient in MS Office Applications;
- Knows how to drive;
- Willing to do fieldwork and work in extended hours especially during peak seasons.
Minimum Qualifications
- Schedules and monitors product deliveries from Dressing Plant to supermarkets;
- Monitors account’s actual sales volume versus target sales volume;
- Monitors product weight loss during delivery and approves if to be charged to the trucker or not;
- Monitors and reports status of store equipment such as crates, heat sealer, and digital and manual weighing scales and provides action plan;
- Prepares Bad Order Report;
- Monitors Account plantilla per store and coordinates to manpower agency all concerns;
- Gives directions to Operations Associates and Merchandisers to achieve Accounts target volume and minimize leakage;
- Schedules Operations Associates for store immersion and visitations to address store concerns and minimize leakage;
- Conducts price canvass to monitor competitors’ movement;
- Provides price updates and assures alignment to Suggested Retail Price (SRP)
- Implements, provides results and gives recommendations after each promotional activity;
- Monitors store operations by doing store visits and prepares store visitation reports;
- Prepares Weekly and Monthly Sales Performance Report;
- Attends to clients’ needs and concerns and provide corrective actions;
- Conducts monthly store audit;
- Takes responsibility for achieving the account’s KPI;
- Any other related tasks given by the superior.
