Job Description
- Over-all responsible for acceptance of house unit for occupancy staff before physical turn-over to the buyer.
- Responsible for monitoring of occupancy preparation.
- Responsible for the turnover/transmittal of documents to project sites.
- Perform an audit on pre-occupancy then checking and monitoring of house unit repair.
- Accurate monitoring of units with occupancy permit, occupancy preparation and buyers complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any customer service or construction-related course.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving skills is an advantage.
- Can work within a team and with minimal supervision.
- Ability to solve the problem and meet deadlines.
- Must be creative and innovative.
- Candidate must possess professionalism and initiative.
- Must have a strong passion for work and optimism.
- Willing to be trained in our Carmona, Cavite office for a minimum of one month depending on performance evaluation.
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Amenable to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
