Job Description

As a Content Moderation Associate, you are responsible for implementing policies related to the client’s platform. This includes ensuring accurate, complete, and timely reviews of the content uploaded by the creators, flagging to reform section/s, or taking down content when necessary. You will be part of a team taking the lead in upholding content compliance to the client’s Terms of Use policy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide guidance and support to creators to ensure compliance against defined community guidelines
  • Implement policies related to the client’s product
  • Communicate violations to the concerned party
  • Manage several queues at the same time and close support tickets in a timely manner
  • Discuss the current trend and challenges during the weekly client meeting

YOU HAVE…

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any field you’re passionate about! Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • At least 6 months of work experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to easily relate to people in various levels of the organization
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications
