Job Description
As a Reporting Analyst working on the marketing automation project, you will be responsible developing, deploying, and managing the marketing automation process for our client from start to finish. You have a technical mindset with a deep understanding of marketing automation and how it fits into the overall marketing equation. In addition to implementing and managing rule-based automation campaigns, you must also have experience with database cleaning and integration of one or more 3rd party applications like LeadPages, PlusThis, etc.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Ensure that processes are executed accurately by means of regular quality checks
- Identify areas for improvement and process improvement plans to address it
- Help translate the client’s business objectives into a tactical marketing automation deliverables
- Train advisors on the cloning process for new campaigns created
- Help build capability within the team to work on marketing automation processes
- Test and provide feedback on new integrations the client may need in future campaigns
- Help in special projects that relate to marketing automation and the use of Infusionsoft

- Previous experience in a related field is plus
- Experience in using CRM and other similar applications or tools
- Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications
