Job Description
- Demonstrates good product knowledge by discussing the features and benefits of various products; as well as explain the use, operation, and care of the product to be able to close a sale.
- Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address clients’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
- Displays excellent customer service by ensuring efficient service to them.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures
- Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately
- Perform all store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
- Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members
- Seek learning opportunities to continually improve your performance
- Other tasks that may be duly assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a graduate of any course preferably business-related
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience is required
- Should have the willingness to do face-to-face sales and interaction with customers
- Knowledge on car parts and accessories is a plus
- With good salesmanship skills and a kind attitude
- Goal-oriented
- Will be assigned in one of the following areas; South Luzon, North Luzon, Central Luzon, NCR, Laguna or Manila
