Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise business projects in the assigned area.
- Evaluate employee performance and implement staff development plans.
- Project a positive attitude and act as the role model for staffs.
- Maintain complete and accurate business records in a judicial database.
- Generate business reports on weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- - At least a College Graduate of any Course
- Preferably with previous experience/s in the field doing audits in a merchandising way
- Minimal knowledge about the motor is a plus
- Should have the willingness to learn the product specifics
- Knowledge in dealing with dealers
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Areas to Manage is NCR and Rizal Area
