Job Description
You will be working directly with the Growth Manager and the founding team of Bihasa, an e-learning platform focused on helping influencers, entrepreneurs and brands build world-class digital learning platforms. Bihasa is currently experiencing massive, exponential growth. We are looking for someone who could help us continue this rate of growth primarily through strategically developing and qualifying outbound revenue opportunities via strategic outreaches. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and have natural sales instincts.
Because we are an early-stage start-up, you’ll be immediately and strategically exposed to the ins and outs of building a business and brand from scratch. You’ll have a direct impact on the success of the business and our partners. What You’ll Do
- First and foremost, you will be a founding team member, one of Bihasa’s first employees. You are a Bihasa partner FIRST - and that means you’ll have a direct opportunity to contribute to several areas of the company. We want to hire swiss army knives who can contribute in different areas and learn fast.
- Clearly communicate product/services value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to see if there’s a good fit.
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from active campaigns and move them through the Sales pipeline
- Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
- Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling, face to face pitching)
- Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
- Invest time corresponding and engaging with senior leaders of large businesses- on the phone, by email, in-person and/or through the internet.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in Bihasa and it’s entire product suite.
- Achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities
This is a role best fit for someone with at least 1 to 2 years of a Sales type of role.
Our offices are in Marikina-Antipolo, but during this pandemic season, the work can be done purely online. We have flexible work arrangements and schedules. We don’t focus on the time you put in but place utmost emphasis on your results and how it impacts the business.
Minimum Qualifications
What You’ll Need

Ability to build trust with excellent communication and collaboration skills. We need someone who can sell the Bihasa brand and immediately be able to gain the trust of both external and internal customers and stakeholders. We need someone who can effectively communicate (written and verbally).

Strong desire to be in technology sales. You need to be passionate about selling and yet be able to handle not just the wins, but also rejections with grace.

Experience in account-based or B2B marketing. We expect you to have practical experience of the best practices of account-based or B2B marketing while also constantly looking to improve on your knowledge of this area.

Manager of One and has an Entrepreneurial Spirit. We want someone who is capable of building something from scratch and seeing it through. You need to be highly motivated, self-initiated and be able to determine what needs to be done. We expect you to understand the company’s vision and surprise us with your ideas and results.
