- Management Trainee adalah program percepatan pengembangan karyawan yang didesign oleh perusahaan untuk menciptakan pemimpin yang handal melalui penyediaan kurikulum yang terintegrasi dengan proses belajar berdasarkan pengalaman
- Lulusan Program MT ini akan dipersiapkan untuk menempati level officer atau supervisor di cabang yang mendukung pencapaian target perusahaan dengan melakukan kontrol dan verifikasi terhadap kelayakan kredit konsumen
