Job Description
- Maintain relationship existing partner by ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide New Insight for Business and Product development by handle customer complaint
- Generate New Pipeline through Interactive presentation and partnership models
- Monitor internal business process to ensure disbursement right on time
- Ensure repayment time and process from existing and new partner 100%
- Empower Business Team to make sure target are achieved
- Breakdown and set Direction from the Top level management strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Above, Majoring Business, Management.
- 5 years as an Sales / Account team leader in Financial Company (ex: Bank. P2P Lending, and Multifinance)
- Proven track record in achieving sales quota
- Experience in bank and fintech P2P company is a plus.
- Proven Closed B2B Sales is necessary.
- Experienced in building and managing sales team
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive.
