Job Description
- Initiate end-to-end user research, from ideation, gathering data, recruit participant, executing research, creating a meaningful insight from research findings, and reporting / presenting to stakeholders,
- Extract insights about user behaviors from web analytics tools,
- Translate user insights into actionable recommendations for the product or development team,
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate research topics,
- Have a lot of interest in people and their behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education S1, all majors
- At least 1 years of work experience as UX researcher,
- Familiar with various UX research methods (survey, in-depth interview, usability testing, online listening, etc.),
- Creative in terms of finding insights using multiple fact-finding methods,
- Have a deep interest in current UX trends & concerns,
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
