We are looking for a field-based sales specialist who can provide substantial revenue to the company by continuously coaching, managing, and forging strong business collaborations with our customers.
As a Key Account Service Specialist, you will lead the interactions with our esteemed partner clients to make them realize their business potential.
Business Coaching and Development
*Analyzes overall business profile
*Prepares quarterly business review such as programs, productivity, plan of action, and timeline
*Discuss with the business partners on how to grow and maximize the resources and capabilities.
*Assess business potential and opportunities
*Manage the supply condition in business area including account processing and management of the account's business through periodic inventory and swift order booking and stock replenishment.
*Ensure proper tagging and sales crediting of applicable channels.
*Swiftly address the concerns, or queries of clients.
*Provide and ensure exceptional service and support to the clients
*Actively participates in company-initiated events
Coordination and Collaboration
*Collaborate for support with cross-functional departments in the implementation of company programs
*Collaborate and assist with hospital formulary inclusions.
*Coordinates with clients about ageing receivables.
*Participates in competency development and training programs conducted by Training Department
*Timely submission of all required reports
*Make an effective daily route plan / cycle work plan
*Books sales, deliver stocks if deemed necessary and receives collection upon client requests
*Documents and keeps notes of engagements with clients using company's system
*Adhere to professionalism at all times
*Dresses and conducts himself in a professional manner at all times
*Engage with the clients in a pleasant and sincere conversation
*Responds timely to any and all internal and external business communications
*Earns trustworthiness and confidence of colleagues and customers

- Bachelor degree graduate of any 4 year course
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to present with confidence and grit to pursue sales target
- Driving skill (with license) is an advantage
