Job Description

What we offer for this roles:

  • Basic salary, allowance, business travel reimbursement & monthly Commission - the salary range indicates the average potential earning, Uncapped earning potential through Commissions/Performance Incentives (On-target commission of at least 20,000 and above)
  • Training & Development - Training is provided, but we required your commitment too!
  • Benefits & Hybrid work arrangement - 60% office / 40% home

Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Actively search and prospect new potential clients.
  • Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects.
  • Setting appointments with potential clients.
  • Understand potential client business needs. - Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services that fit their business.
  • Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly.
  • Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system.
  • Participate in company events/activities as required.
  • Any ad-hoc task assigns from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal consultant to join our team!

  • Ideally, you have around 1 year of Corporate Sales experience.

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, and Communication is an advantage but not required.

  • Determined and ready to face sales challenges.
  • Result-oriented and open to learning new skills.
  • Amenable to work in Makati on onsite
