Responsibilities:
- Actively manage account portfolio and proactively identify new opportunities to upsell our products and services
- Cross selling of Company's products
- Proactively manage all outbound customer concerns
- Maintain a healthy partnership with client to facilitate account renewals
- Provide feedback to all direct inbound client enquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct trainings of online services and other features of our products to ensure that clients get to use it effectively
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Sales - Event, Business Development or equivalent; background in Customer Service/Account Management is an advantage
- Experience in selling advertising space, securing sponsorships, event partnerships and business development is preferred
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Strong sales and marketing persona
- Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
