Job Description
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business requirements and provide effective marketing solutions through our platform
- Provide ongoing customer service to existing accounts in the form of client care calls & product training and profile maintenance
- Manage the accounts of existing clients and maintain their satisfaction with our platform & services
- Proactively identify & develop opportunities to upsell our products & services

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years work experience specializing in Account Management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
