Job Description
The Web Designer’s main responsibility is to support the Marketing Team in creating compelling designs to capture the attention of our target market and promote our brand.
Responsibilities
- Produce original, up-to-date, and creative multimedia communication materials for social media and websites;
- Create wireframes or mockups for web pages;
- Work with developers to implement visual elements of websites;
- Help set and establish the brand’s overall aesthetics through consistency in creative style and output;
- Participate in digital content planning, as needed;
- Do other marketing duties, as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Preferably 2 years of experience as a Web Designer
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Knowledge of WordPress and WordPress themes
- Proficiency with photo-editing and video editing software (Adobe Premier Pro and Canva)
- Strong knowledge of responsive and interactive design
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
