Job Description

The Human Resources Intern at Baybayin hub will assist our HR department in
various HR functions and projects
. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to the field of Human Resources while working closely with experienced professionals. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow.

Daily Responsibilities

● Support the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
● Assist with the coordination and execution of onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training logistics.
● Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by participating in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
● Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
● Support HR team members in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
● Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
● Conduct research on HR-related topics, industry trends, and best practices to support HR initiatives.
● Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, workplace ethics, and professional development.
● Help maintain and update HR-related content on the company intranet and communication channels.
● Collaborate with team members on special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be born in the Philippines and has residency for more than 5 years.

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assigned responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
