Job Description

A Junior Account Executive (JAE) is responsible for conducting sales and marketing activities to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers in the Fintech industry.

The JAE will develop strategies to generate revenue in the Fintech industry and identify opportunities to grow the customer base. The position requires a diligent and persistent focus on improving sales performance.


● Develop a deep understanding of the Fintech industry and identify potential customers in the market.

● Source and identify new sales opportunities through networking, past customer lists, and attending conferences and trade shows.

● Develop relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and building trust in order to foster positive business relationships.

● Schedule appointments with prospective clients and follow up calls and emails to discuss services and induce long-term business relationships.

● Track each client’s progress and promptly respond to customer inquiries.

● Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate pricing.

● Develop a thorough understanding of customer’s buying behaviors and needs in order to offer customized solutions.

● Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Attend industry events, conferences/trade shows to build relationships with prospects/clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing or a related field
  • Must at least have reached 2nd yr. College
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members
  • Ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks assigned
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge or experience in digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, content development, or web analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
