Job Description

Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman, waktu telah menjadi hal yang utama dan berharga. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan seseorang dengan kemampuan yang dapat mengatur segala hal menjadi sesuatu yang terperinci rapi dan teratur. Begitu juga dengan BCA yang dimana segala aktivitas harus dilakukan dengan efektif dan efisien. Dalam memberikan dukungan yang dibutuhkan, keterlibatan seorang sekretaris sangatlah besar.

Tidak hanya berpenampilan menarik, sekretaris di BCA harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan juga ramah. Selain itu, sekretaris di BCA harus piawai dalam mengerjakan tugas – tugas administratif seperti mengatur jadwal para atasan dan melakukan dokumentasi arsip serta tugas – tugas lainnya.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (sedang melanjutkan S1) dari jurusan Sekretaris / Manajemen / Ekonomi / Ilmu Komunikasi / Public Relation / Administrasi Niaga dan jurusan terkait lainnya
  • IPK minimal 2.75
  • Wanita dengan usia maksimal 26 tahun
  • Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris merupakan nilai tambah
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai sekretaris / sekretaris direksi merupakan nilai tambah
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • Berpenampilan menarik
  • Ramah dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Penempatan di Jabodetabek (Kantor Cabang & Kantor Pusat)
