BCA Future Marketeers Camp 2017

The New Generation of Banking: How Millennials are Redefining Services in Banking Industry

This event is a two-days exclusive all-expense paid enriching camp from BCA to Indonesian millennials to equip and prepare yourself to be future marketeers that create impact and difference in banking services.

Event will be held at Bumi Gumati Sentul on 18 - 19 November 2017

Event Rundown:

Pre Camp: 30th October - 13th November 2017

Technical Assessments - Complete a set of engaging assessments that will measure your technical fit for the marketeer role at BCA
On-the-Spot Interviews - Meet directly with BCA HR team to evaluate your cultural fit for the marketeer role at BCA
Sharing Sessions - BCA leaders will share their tips on how you can maximize your potential to be able to grab the fast changing market need to make an impact and difference

Camp Day 1: 18th November 2017

Opening - Selected participants will be gathered in BCA Wisma Asia 2 (map link)
Outbound and Games - Get prepared to the most challenging yet fun outbound experiences with 5+ different outdoor games!
Networking Dinner - An up close and personal session with top BCA leaders. This is your chance to get mentored and make memorable impressions!

Camp Day 2: 19th November 2017

Workshop Session 1: Brand Yourself Out! You will learn how you present yourself and attract people. Learn all aspects of personal branding and create good impression. How to build, boost and develop your self-confidence & becoming an impressive marketeers. You will also get a chance to do real time roleplay on how to brand yourself (group discussion and presentation).
Workshop Session 2: How BCA Impacts People and Contribute to Advance Indonesia Banking Industry! You will learn how BCA stays customer-focused and become the most trusted bank in Indonesia.

Announcement for shortlisted participants: 15 - 16 November 2017

- Selected candidates are required to attend pre camp event in Jakarta
- BCA will not provide any transportation to BCA office for pre camp event in Jakarta
- BCA will not provide any transportation to BCA office for selected camp participants

Have strong interest in marketing and able to manage relationship with people
Confident and possess great interpersonal skills
Attractive appearance and personality
Passionate to learn and improve to be the better version of yourself
Maximum age of 24 years old upon applying
Final year university students or recent Bachelor’s Degree graduates with a minimum score of 2.75/4.00
