Job Description
Sebagai Investment Specialist, kamu bertugas untuk:
- Memantau pencapaian target bisnis Investment dan menyusun action plan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai target bisnis Investment.
- Mengimplementasikan action plan untuk pengembangan bisnis Investment.
- Menyusun leads/pipeline potensi bisnis dan berkoordinasi dengan kantor cabang untuk mengeksekusi leads/pipeline tersebut menjadi bisnis.
- Sebagai Investment Specialist yang dapat diandalkan dalam mendukung kantor cabang dalam melayani nasabah dengan kebutuhan investasi yang advanced.
- Melakukan enabler ke tenaga pemasar melalui market update, transfer knowledge, dan roleplay.
- Membina hubungan yang baik dengan kantor cabang untuk menghasilkan kolaborasi yang baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan investasi nasabah.
- Sebagai pembicara pada gathering yang diselenggarakan oleh kantor cabang.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2.75 dari skala 4.00
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang ekonomi, wealth ataupun investasi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan presentasi serta negosiasi yang baik
- Diutamakan untuk kamu yang memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang investment
