The Project Development Associate performs various duties for project development; He assists in the land acquisition/deal-making stage of the project development process and prepares project brief components with guidance. The PD also participates in developing feasibility studies and prepares and updates financial runs with guidance for evaluation of project profitability/financial feasibility. He also oversees property management operations, assists in project monitoring (i.e. costs, budgets, disbursements, etc), conducts research work, helps secure permits, takes care of legal documents and helps in organizing presentations and negotiations. The PD also represents the team in other external affairs related to the project such as community relations and government relations. He also manages correspondence with key contacts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills (English/Filipino)
- Good interpersonal skills to handle a variety of contacts and clients
- Computer proficiency (MS Office)
- Proficient with numbers and computations
- Proficiency in negotiations
- High level of integrity
- Adaptable
- Highly analytical
- Creative, complex problem-solver
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Good attention to details
