A Premier Property Specialist is responsible for the sales of Ayala Land Premier (ALP) projects of the company.
ALP projects are the top of the line real estate products of Ayala Land that includes residential condominiums, residential lots, commercial lots, leisure developments etc. These projects are located on the primest location of the development. Some of the completed projects include, Forbes Park, Dasmarinas Village, The Residences at Greenbelt, One Roxas Triangle, One Serendra, BGC commercial lots, Nuvali commercial lots, Abrio & Santierra in Nuvali, Ayala Westgrove Heights, Anvaya Cove near Subic and more...
The sales of this ALP projects will include marketing activities such as mall booth mannings, site mannings, sending out of invites for events and others that would generate new client leads.
He/She will be responsible to present the projects to clients that would include accompanying clients to the project sites or model units.
He/she may also act as investment consultants to clients by presenting our ALP projects as another investment option.
Upon closing of his/her sales transaction, he/she will be responsible for collating all documentation rrequirements from the client.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate of any course
- Highly sociable and presentable
- Good command in oral and written English communications, knowledge of Chinese or other languages is an advantage but not required
- Dynamic career shifters and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good in power networking and maintaining positive relationships with clients
