Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping Admin Manager to run day-to-today task for the Indonesia office.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Admin on day-on-day task
- Create, assess and implement internal operations SOP to ensure effective communication channels and working procedures
- Provide administrative support (e.g., managing hiring process, travel arrangements, liaising with legal support and corporate secretary, office management)
- Manage contracting process, payroll, vendor payments, monthly bookkeeping, and tracking of expenses
- Handle bank account and bank mutation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency and communication
- Opportunity to support the team in other areas of work: strategy, marketing, data analytics, business / product development if interest aligned
- Supporting other related tasks, including, but not limited to: gathering and monitoring financial data, preparing statements, managing tax payments, maintaining records for all transactions, and processing reimbursements
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, Accounting or Administration with excellent academic results (Minimum GPA 3.00) are preffered.
- Minimum have 1-2 years experience in the payroll area; from payroll consulting companies are preferable.
- Able to work in a fast moving and demanding environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
- Creative mind
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to multitask with a tight deadline.
- Have excellent time management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with team
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Google docs and sheets
Who we are looking for :
- Based in Indonesia, preferably in Bandung
- Fluent in English and have a working knowledge of either Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa
Indonesia, and communicates effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of organisation skills
- Have experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Strong interest in digital products and scaling up start-up business
- Passion to serve small businesses / warung
- Available to start immediately
