- Provide knowledge on new and existing product launches to internal and external parties.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts to conduct store visits in nearby areas and throughout Indonesia.
- Educate Partners on product storage procedures and the prohibition of share in jar.
- Conduct online platform reviews to ensure good product sales execution.
- Ensure customer service has the best service in the industry by continuing to do competitor benchmarking.
- Conduct periodic tests on the CS team to ensure the same standard of knowledge
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science;
- Have a good communication skill;
- Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position;
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation skills';
- Beauty Enthusiast is prefered;
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
