Job Description
Recruitment
- Keep abreast with different visa types and conditions in Australia
- Keep abreast with Australian Labour Laws and current legislations to avoid legal challenges
- Conceptualise, design and implement marketing strategies to attract potential candidates
- Conceptualise, design and implement overall recruiting strategies
- Prepare and post job advertisements to appropriate channels in coordination with 3rd Party Marketing Providers
- Consistently monitor leads coming from the company's website and direct email applications
- Encoding and updating Ausphin database
- Schedules candidates for consultation
- Prepare and update slide presentations of Auskills’ programs and services to potential candidates
- Further assess candidate's qualifications through face to face or online consultation
- Present the company’s Traineeship and Research Visa Program to suitable candidates by providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits (group or individual)
- Present Auskills’ terms and condition and fees pertaining to the program to the candidate
- Successfully have the candidates register for the program
- Ensure PTC and GFA are accomplished by the candidates and uploaded in the System
- Ensure robust candidates pipeline available
- Keep candidates warm and update them from time to time of recent developments with their application
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Provide Host Company brief prior to an upcoming interview
- Organise mock interview with the candidates prior to the actual Host Company interview
- Organise and coordinate Host Company interview to ensure smooth flow of facilitation
- Provide feedback on interview outcome
- Provides sound advice to the Trainees in line with the 402 Traineeship and Research Visa Program
- Weekly Recruitment activity report for placements and number of candidates in pool
- Prepare ad hoc recruitment reports
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Set up meetings between client decision makers to introduce Auskills’ services
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Convert prospects into clients
- Ensure that new clients understand the 402 Traineeship and Research Program
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends to the team.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and various channels that will lead to an increase in revenue.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique Auskills’ selling propositions and differentiators.
- Organise fair events to beef up existing pool of candidates in in coordination with reputable agencies and educational institutions offshore
- Facilitate individual or group discussion during career fairs
Other Tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Achieving and maintaining high standards of service delivery at all times
- Provide satisfactory and timely responses to all correspondences and other enquiries
- Liaises with co-employees and external contacts
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- University Degree in Business and/or Marketing is preferred but not essential
Technical Knowledge or Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to speak in public
- Very good command of the English language and at least one foreign language
- Highly organized, punctual and responsible
- Driven and problem-solver
- Business and results oriented person
- Team worker
- Ability to travel
- Computer skills
Experience
- At least two (2) years’ experience in the same role, in a small to medium-sized company from any industry
