Job Description

Role of Purposes:

We are looking for corporate Travel Consultants to join our amazing team. This role will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service and assistance with all aspects of travel requirements. You will be arranging domestic and complex international travel for busy executives including air, hotel, and ground transportation from bookings as well as the ticketing, changes, and exchange and queue management.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a keen attention to detail, rapidly acquire product knowledge, and comprehend the requirements of our end clients. Furthermore, delivering outstanding customer service to fulfill the needs of our business travelers is essential. We encourage our Corporate Travel Agents to study the travel policies of our corporate accounts while building strong relationships with them. This way, when our valued business travelers require travel arrangements, they can have complete confidence that their business travel needs are managed by a committed team of Corporate Travel professionals whom they trust and share a first-name connection.

  • You will need to comprehend & comply with travel policies for multiple corporate accounts
  • You will need to provide exceptional customer service to our business travelers
  • Ensure business traveler’s needs are met and/or exceeded
  • Keep the client aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited
  • Build rapport and develop a relationship with business travelers to ensure their business travel needs are in the hands of a trusted team of Corporate Travel professionals
  • Manage air, car, hotel, and ground transportation bookings
  • Arrange both domestic and international itineraries
  • Complete all reservations in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide consultative service to travelers throughout the booking process
  • Handle ticketing, adjustments, exchanges & queue management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • Preferably a degree in Travel Management or any related major
  • 2+ years recent of experience in Corporate Travel required
  • 2+ years recent of knowledge and experience using GDS required
  • Skilled with complex international fares strongly recommended
  • Experience with complex ticketing & exchanges is preferred
  • Online booking tool knowledge preferred
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Must have experience in GDS, preferably Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus
  • Experience in travel/airline ticketing (fresh issuance, reissue, and adcol)
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated and solution-oriented
  • Great attitude, out-going and seeking to learn and grow
