Job Description
- Manage Partnership. Own, develop, and manage partnership is assigned to collaborate in term of leads management from SEVA to grow market share
- Understand the industry and its developments. Very good knowledge of pros and cons of competitor (local competition), market trends & landscape, credit rate structure , and customer demand (credit) trends
- Report & analyze. Plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and manager
- Allignment & Synergy. Able to communicate and align initiatives to across internal division
- Process & Campaign. Establish effective business processes across business activities (including campaign activation) that involves many stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Finance, and Engineering
- Min 1 year experience in similar field
- Good Interpersonal Skill
