- Ensure smooth and safe operations on the production floor.
- Conducts regular safety, sanitation and other related matters.
- Ensure personal safety of those directly involved in production, as well as the safety of equipment.
- Strict compliance implementation on the SOPs and other manufacturing guidelines as communicated by the Quality Control Inspector, R&D Documentation Officer and the Plant Manager.
- Provide prompt, clear and concise reports on incidents, equipment status, staff needs, plant performance, and other matters.
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any College degree
- Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in Food Manufacturing or Production Industry
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and Holidays
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Can start Immediately
