Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager - Franchising for a Real Estate/Development Company in Makati City.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and Deliver over-all achievement of franchise sales target.
- Lead over-all franchise sales plan and strategy approved by the board.
- Understand, champion, and effectively implement franchise selling cycle.
- Execute pipeline and follow through prescribed by BD.
- Lead person for all selling activities
- In-charge of New Franchise Purchase Checklist.
- Marketing
- Lead sales conventions.
- Account Management.
- Represent the company in Local and International events
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree Holder
- Knowledgeable in Real Estate and Field Sales
- People Management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
