Investment Analyst  

The Investment Analyst will have the rare opportunity to be mentored by and directly report to the Managing Partner of Asenso Investments. He/she will have the following responsibilities:

• Create key deliverables and investment marketing materials in M&A transactions including but not limited to detailed financial models, teaser decks, confidential invesment memos, management presentations, and other deliverables required by Asenso's deal team and client/s.
• Conduct investment research to complete key deliverables and internal research requirements on key markets, industries, and macro data.
• Conduct valuation exercises with Asenso's team and clients to obtain the optimal deal parameters of M&A transactions.
• Manage key input requirements, process, and outputs, as well as the deal flow of M&A transactions as required.
• Analyze, evaluate, and make investment recommendations to Asenso's management team and client/s on key investment decisions.
• Create ad hoc and special reports for Asenso and/or clients as needed.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Good overall business acumen and understanding of how internal and external factors play a role in the position of a firm;
• Advanced financial modelling is a fundamental requirement;
• Knowledge and experience in any of the following is an advantage: M&A, financial markets, investment management, investment banking, other forms of banking, financial services;
• Knowledge and skills in investment analysis, portfolio management, and corporate finance is an advantage
