Set-up Coordinator

Job Description

  • Reviews event/project details to determine the requirements.
  • Assesses project and resources requirements.
  • Ensures ingress and egress are completed accurately, safely and efficiently according to the event.
  • Oversees production process.
  • Monitors fabrication and refurbishing.
  • Selects, orders, and purchases materials.
  • Organizes the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
  • Prepares DR, pull-out forms, and PO of contractors and suppliers.
  • Prforms other related tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-yr course.
  • Knowledge on Autocad and Sketch Up is required.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Willing work late at night during ingress/egress.
  • Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
