What You'll Do

● Oversee the Community Management Team

● Ensure quality content and reports produced by the Community Managers by checking monthly content and reports, including the grammar, tone, brand message, overall look of the asset, and insights.

● Mainly responsible for creating pitches for community management including the market research, overarching message, content framework, and social media branding.

● Work with Strategic Planning Team to work on digital strategy pitches

● Responsible for social scans and brand audit of brands

● Assign BAU/signed community management accounts to designated community manager

● Help the community managers in content ideas and art direction

● Help in creating mini campaigns for BAU accounts

● Help in creating content including the caption, in-art copies, art direction

● Conceptualize the user journey and handle promo campaigns for BAU accounts if needed.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good command of English
• 2+ years of experience in digital advertising agencies
• 1+ years of experience in working with Influencers or Celebrities
• Outstanding Enthusiasm
• Proactive
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Result-oriented and detail-oriented
