Front Office Receptionist  

Job Summary:

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for delivering above quality and positive service experience to the members and guests of Balesin Island Club. He/she shall be responsible for the check-in, check-out and other related services to members and guests of Balesin Island Club in accordance with departmental set service standards.

Others:

Must be customer service driven and hospitable to Balesin Island Club’s members, guests, and employees.
Drives Balesin Island Club’s value of high service standards.
Creates healthy and positive environment through his/her behaviours.

Job Specification

Must possess any Bachelor’s or College Degree, preferably in Tourism, Hotel, Restaurant, and Hospitality Management.
At least one (1) year experience working in a tourism, customer service, or hospitality management setting.
Must have a positive and pleasing personality. Can establish rapport and trust easily.
Customer service oriented. Possess excellent customer service skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

Willing to be relocated in Balesin Island, Quezon Province. Free board and lodging.
Shifting working hours of eight (8) hours per day.
Works even during weekends and holidays depending on the influx of guests.
