Job Description
- Key Accountabilities
- Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives both for owned, earned and paid platforms.
- Support the marketing lead in overseeing the department’s operations
- Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness and generate leads
- Support the marketing lead in planning and executing campaigns for products or services for online and offline channels
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
- Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar for all relevant social media and digital channels
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
- Writes and proofreads creative copy
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc / BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ industry experience
- Highly proficient and skilled in Microsoft Suite, Canva, Hubspot, Marketing software
- Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
- Proven experience as marketing officer and digital marketing
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles, market research techniques and statistical and data analysis methods.
- Strong copywriting and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach
- Thorough knowledge on Performance Marketing is a PLUS
