Job Description

Administrative Functions:

  • Assists the Office Manager in the development of company Admin operational budget, strategies, policies and procedures from time to time.
  • Performs office administrative related functions including but not limited to:
  • Ensures compliance for the business related statutory requirements (Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and Cebu City Business Permit) on a timely basis
  • Coordinates with the Building Admin for any office suites repairs & maintenance, cleanliness and other office admin related concerns and activity
  • Documentary business mails management
  • Meeting room reservations
  • Optimal office supplies inventory
  • Travel arrangement / logistics per business operational requirements
  • Supplier sourcing
  • Supplier invoices payment processing
  • Admin operational budget preparation
  • Preparation of monthly list of operational expense report
  • Company assets inventory

Human Resources Functions:

  • Assists the Office Manager in the development of company HR strategies, policies and procedures from time to time.
  • Creates a working atmosphere of fun among Associates while ensuring Medcor Inc. values are followed at all times.
  • Prepares HR operational budget to support mid to long term requirements
  • Develops standardize HR internal reporting systems and procedures.
  • Provides continuous improvement initiatives on HR operations

Performs Human Resources related functions including but not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Talent Management
  • Employee and Labor Relations
  • Training and Development

Minimum Qualifications

  • College Degree in Psychology/ Behavioral Science/ Human Resource Management or other related courses
  • Minimum Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) of total job experience; two (2) years actual handling in HR operations function and one (1) year in Admin related work in a supervisory responsibility

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency with e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic understanding with Adobe software application

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to learn quickly. Drive to get things done, problem-solving, and ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Mathematical Skills:
  • Basic mathematical skills and accounting principles background.

Language Skills:

  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to make presentations and reports.

Work Environment:

  • Able to work in a multi-tasked environment and handle work pressures.
  • Willing to work in BPO work shift setting. May require changes in work shift per operational requirements
