Job Description
- Identifying hardware and software solutions;
- Troubleshooting technical issues and repairing faults;
- Resolving network issues and configuring hardware and software;
- Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently;
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology field is preferred. SMK Jaringan are welcome to apply;
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role;
- Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS;
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
- Extensive experience with mikrotik;
- Extensive experience on creating/maintaining local network on schools/offices;
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good written and verbal communication.
