Salary Range: 30k-40k
What will you do?
As a Software Support Specialist, you will
- Provide 24 x 7 (Including Public Holiday) Frontline Support to Global Customers
- Analyze software problems reported by customers and provide solutions if possible
- Identify and reproducible software bugs and submit bug fix requests to our Product Development Team
- Provide email, live chat, phone, and on-site support to customers
- Deliver high-quality service to maintain customer relationship
- Perform Remote sessions for troubleshooting and log collection
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has :
- 3 years or above experience in Application Support for Software Vendor / System Integrator / Data Centre is preferred
- Experience in Customer Support is an advantage
- Degree or above in Computer Science or IT-related disciplines
- Knowledge of Internet and networking technologies, Microsoft Windows, and business applications such as Microsoft - Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Hyper-V, and VMWare. As well as Cloud-Based Storage and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, etc
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and macOS is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willing to take a hands-on approach in testing and learning our software products
- Flexible and hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Software Support Specialist
- Willing to Travel in Makati City
