Your Role:

The Team Lead oversees the production process—from creation, development, and delivery of projects—for the Graphic Design Team

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality design output.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects such as marketing materials, websites, and social media.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a design team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
