Job Description
Your Role:
The SEO Trainer is responsible for enabling employees to achieve job results through the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of technical and functional training specific to the assigned Vertical. He or she will provide crucial support to job levels and roles within two or more products or accounts under the Vertical, contributing to the achievement of the organization's strategic goals
What you will do:
- Analyze the training needs within the assigned Vertical and develop tailored training programs to address technical and functional requirements.
- Design and implement training initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the organization and support the professional development of employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that training programs effectively support job levels and roles within the assigned Vertical.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and performance data.
- Support the integration of learning and development initiatives into the broader organizational strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to align training initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Strong Knowledge with Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Copywriting and copy editing experience is an advantage.
