Job Description
- Checks Email, Communication, Response to Queries
- Checks all PRs subject for canvassing.
- Coordinates with Accounting for POs with advance payment thru email, call, and text.
- Emails, calls, texts suppliers to secure quotation for new PRs
- Updates monitoring reports.
- Updates Item and Vendor.
- Prepares and requests Canvass sheet
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Fresh graduates will be considered for hiring.
- Must be computer literate and proficient in oral and written communication.
- Must be honest, trustworthy and diligent.
