Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Create websites by design (using Kartra, Wordpress, etc)
- Maintain website accuracy, compliance
- Maintain website SEO rankings
- Maintaining high performance for websites on desktop and mobile
- Additional responsibilities = video editing, graphics editing, social media thumbnails

Work Hours
*Full-time 40 hours per week.
*Training hours involve working at nighttime during 3-month probation.
- *Work schedule after 3-month probation is flexible for the team members who can perform responsibilities without supervision and produces results, but those hours must be consistent hours and fit the business needs.

- Portfolio of websites that exemplify current trends
- Innovative simple websites
- Aesthetically unique websites that generates leads
- Verified data/proof that you have successfully helped past clients improve their website SEO
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio
- Successfully help past clients utilize Google Ads to generate consistent Leads
- Working knowledge of CRMs
- Speed of production, ability to generate new website within 2 days
- Self-starter who takes initiative to get tasks completed with minimal supervision
- Highly organized
- We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team for the long term, we are not looking for short-term freelancers
- Someone who is professional in work ethic and a team player.
Computer and Internet Requirements:
• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps
• Dual Monitor - 1st day of Training
• At least one Power Station Backup
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb RAM
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
• A quiet and private area that is suitable for work without distraction and background noise
