Job Description
- Corporate Strategy
- Vision Development & Strategic Planning
- Provides support for Ayala Health and business units (BU) strategy planning sessions and follow ups – document/monitor strategic goals, imperatives and initiatives from session.
- Assists in defining strategic goals, commitments, and roadmap for BUs and “Key Enablers”, and work with BU’s/ enabler leads to track progress on a regular basis.
- Portfolio & Performance Review
- Supports in conducting analytics required for portfolio valuation and optimization, and drive portfolio review process, leverage past and current frameworks used.
- Helps in recommending investment (including new and existing businesses) and divestment decisions, as well as opportunities for capital reallocation, to Management Committee and Board of Directors.
- Works with Finance team to incorporate/monitor strategic goals and targets into budget process and annual performance review, and ensure that strategic alignment is met on an ongoing basis.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitors and analyzes healthcare industry trends (tech & business models), as well as local & regional players.
- Vision Development & Strategic Planning
- Business Development
- Provides support in sourcing, analyzing and conducting due diligence on Ayala Health’s business development initiatives.
- Provides support in executing investment transactions.
- Builds a network of financial advisors, consultants, and potential partners for Ayala Health’s new business development initiatives.
- Collaborates with BUs on high priority strategic initiatives, including but not limited to select strategic acquisitions, transformational projects, critical stakeholder issues, and lead select synergy-related opportunities.
- On an ad hoc basis, provides support to the advocacy projects of Ayala Health CEO and Board of Directors.
- Performs other related tasks as may be needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any related Business course.
- Post-graduate study is an advantage.
- At least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Highly analytical with keen attention to details.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- With strong leadership and management skills.
- With excellent organizational skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
- Driven and results oriented.
